This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our websites AutomatedREA.com and 100AgentChallenge.com (collectively, the “Sites”), subscribe to our software and training services, or otherwise interact with us.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using our Sites or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. 1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you register for an account, purchase a subscription, fill out a form, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Full name and business name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Mailing address
  • Payment and billing information (processed securely through Stripe — see Section 5)
  • Real estate license number and brokerage affiliation
  • Business branding information (logos, colors, domain names) uploaded to the platform
  • User-generated content, communications, and feedback you submit to us
  • Information you provide when contacting our support team

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Sites, we and our third-party partners automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on the Sites, and date and time of each visit.

1.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and gather analytics data. We use essential cookies (for site functionality), preference cookies (to remember your settings), analytics cookies (including Google Analytics), and marketing cookies (to track ad effectiveness).

3. Text Message (SMS) Communications

IMPORTANT: By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from us, you consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded text messages at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

We may use your phone number to send transactional text messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, support responses) and, where separately consented to, marketing messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

3.1 Opting Out

To opt out of text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at [email protected].

3.3 Third-Party SMS Providers

We use GoHighLevel and its Lead Connector communication platform (powered by Twilio) to deliver text messages. Your phone number and message content may be processed by these providers subject to their own privacy policies. Our messaging campaigns are registered through the 10DLC system in compliance with CTIA guidelines and applicable carrier requirements.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf. Our key service providers include:

  • Stripe — payment processing and billing
  • GoHighLevel (GHL), including their Lead Connector communication platform — CRM, email marketing, SMS delivery, website hosting, and automation
  • Twilio — SMS / text message delivery (via GoHighLevel Lead Connector)
  • Skool — we share your email address with Skool solely to send you an invitation to our training community. Once you create your own Skool account, your use of the Skool platform is governed by Skool’s own Privacy Policy, not ours.
  • Google — analytics, advertising, and productivity tools
  • Other tools and platforms as needed to deliver our services

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our members, or others.

4.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify you if such a transfer results in a material change to how your information is used.

5. Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment card data on our servers. For more information, see Stripe’s Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. When your account is closed, we will retain your information for a reasonable period (generally up to three years) before securely deleting or anonymizing it, unless a longer period is required by law.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may access, update, or correct your account information at any time by logging into your account settings or contacting us at [email protected]. You may also request account deletion, opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email, or opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP.

9. Notice to California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion or correction, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell your data), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. 10. Children’s Privacy

Our Sites and services are intended for adults (18+) who are licensed real estate professionals or business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

11. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Sites may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. When you connect a third-party service (such as Facebook, Google, a social media scheduling tool, or a real estate platform) to your AREA account, that third party may collect information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify you by email where appropriate. Your continued use of our Sites after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

13. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in Pinellas County, Florida.
